Team Atlantis
Using Cutting Edge Technology
to Explore Underwater Sites

Team Atlantis' base of operations is a 170 foot diving vessel loaded with the very latest navigation and research equipment. The vessel boasts accomodations for 12 passengers and will serve as the launch platform for our dives on newly discovered sites throughout the ocean.
The Vessel

Diver Technology
Our divers are equipped with state-of-the-art diving gear from Mares to aid in the study of the underwater archaeological sites. Cutting edge surveying gear will aid our geologists in constructing a detailed model of the sites.

Team Leader Michael Arbuthnot, Underwater Technologist Chris DeFelice and other divers will be in constant contact with each other and our topside vessels via a customized submersible wireless microphone system. The DIVELINK underwater communications system features a patented strapless mouthpiece, voice activation (VOX), automatic squelch, a bone conduction earphone, a high grade memory free nicad battery pack, and an advanced integrated design.

When Team Atlantis identifies an underwater location of archaological research interest we sometimes set up a massive underwater lighting apparatus to illuminate our discoveries...
Underwater Illumination Technology

Pace Underwater Rocket Sled
The "rocket sled" will be used to remotely survey underwater sites to prospect for camera angles and shooting locations.

Pace Underwater One Man Submarine Technology
The extraordinary one-man submarine allows us to "fly" over underwater sites to capture them in their incredible entireties.

The sophisticated digital cameras capture closups as well as wide angle perspectives of each and every inch of the areas under study for inclusion in Team Atlantis' spectacular feature documentary.
Pace Underwater Camera Technology

Team Atlantis will be utilizing the SEA-2000 - to explore the underwater sites. The SEA-2000. is a revolutionary self-contained vehicle which allows exploration while breathing normally inside the bubble. It will allow our scientists to focus their efforts on the intense study of these amazing undersea discoveries.
